Olde Coaching Inn

The Olde Coaching Inn provides bed and breakfast accommodation in Tasmania’s northern town of Westbury. Formally the original coaching inn of Westbury, it is surrounded by peaceful English gardens.

Choose from double and queen rooms accommodating up to four guests. The comfortable rooms have a kitchenette including tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are equipped with spacious bathrooms. Cooking facilities including stove are available and breakfast provisions can be provided for guests wanting to self-cater.

The Olde Coaching Inn is ideally located to explore northern Tasmania. Wander through the quaint village of Westbury, established in the 1820s. Visit the White House Museum, Pearn's world famous Steam World and get yourself lost in the Westbury Maze. Take a drive to nearby historic towns of Evandale and Longford or head into Launceston to dine at one of the many award-winning restaurants. Visit Old Launceston Seaport and perhaps book a boat cruise on the Tamar River. Visit some of Tasmania’s finest cool-climate wineries in the Tamar Valley and stop by delicious fruit orchards and road stalls along the way.

The Inn is conveniently located about 25-minutes’ drive from central Launceston (35 kilometres/22 miles).
